Hey, has anyone tried wild yam cream topically for NBE, and has it worked? not just for fullness I mean, but also for actual noticeable, lasting results? Also, if it has, do you think I could use it for one breast until it "catches up" with the other? (my left is smaller than my right) thanks!

Hi i've been using wild yam cream for about 8 weeks and also taking agnus castus and stinging nettle root. Ive seen a vast improvement and also had 1 smaller than the other which has finally caught up!! Yay!!

Also, are you only taking agnus castus and stinging nettle root and you are having growth? that's amazing that a simple routine is working out for you. How long have you been taking them? Sorry for all these questions.

My Wild Yam Cream is from Holland and Barret and costs under £5. (im in the UK). Im also taking Borage Oil caps but have been taking them for years for my skin and nails more than anything.
This isnt my first attempt at BE (Have been trying different routines for about 12+ months) ive also tried WU but couldnt afford to keep it up and separate herbs FG, SP, WY, had quite drastic weight gain but none on breasts ironically!! Im really pleased that somethings finally working but just goes to show that its a case of trial and error but if you persevere itll happen!!

Sorry forgot to say have been on this routine (AC, SN & WY cream for about 10 weeks! Started taking the Stinging Nettle about 2 weeks before adding Wild Yam Cream and then Agnus Castus about 2 weeks after that.

hey, do you know what percentage wild yam it was? mine says 7%, I don't know if that is enough. Also, do you massage it in for a long time, or just rub it in until it disappears (because this takes like ten seconds)? I just put enough to cover the breast and rub it and all around it. Also, how smaller was the smaller breast (the one that caught up) than the larger one? thanks! :) and sorry for all the questions

My wild yam cream is 7% too and i was unsure it was enough at first but i did start noticing the effects after about 3-4 weeks. I just massage until its all absorbed. My smaller breast was half a cup size smaller than my larger one and they are now pretty much even!! Yay!

I know i've asked so many questions myself over the past year!! I'm taking nettle Root form Vortex health, can't remember the dosage but i take 1 tab 3x daily and 2 400mg Vitex 2x daily. I massage with Wild Yam 2 - 3x daily as well. I've grown around 1/2 inch on my larger breast and just over 3/4 on my smaller one.
