My progesterone cream bottle is running out (and I've only been using it for eight days!) but that's good because I've been planning on getting a better quality cream anyway. So I came across this one:

Most of those things have been mentioned on this board, but I'm waiting for some expertise! Opinions?

Hmmm... Does it have Progesterone in it? If not, I say "no," it isn't a good Progesterone cream. ;)

Well, that's what I'm trying to find out. None of the progesterone creams really list "progesterone" as an ingredient, just the actual supplies. I know that WY has a more prosgesterone effect, but I'm not sure about the others. I thought fenugreek and SP were estrogenic, so I'm wondering. . .

In all progesterone creams, look for them to list USP progesterone. The USP means they have bio-identical progesterone in them. If they don't specifically state that they may not have progesterone in them.
