once.massage wid the cocoa butter..for 5min's
Afternoon
1 borage oil
1fenugreek
1red clover
1multi vitamin

Night b4 going to bed
2 Fenugreek
1Saw Palmetto
1 WildYam

I have noticed a bit pain in the breats..is this the side effect?? of any herb? Please suggests..Am i taking too many herbs at the same time??

what are the mg of each herb capsule that you're taking?
