its been three days now. faerycat suggested it might be the sp that was giving me pains in the breast..i wanted to make sure so i discontinued use. yesterday was my worst ever as far as pains are concerned. today im still getting pains so maybe it is the actual wonder up that is giving me the pains and not the sp..either that or sp isnt out of my system yet.

hiya cutevelvet, i'll bet it's the SP giving you pains. the two times i added SP, it took 1.5 weeks before the pains kicked in. i don't think one day is sufficient to get it out of your system. good luck!
