Chromium,, regulates blood sugar levels by helping the pancrease to release insulin levels at a lower amount. To highs and lows for blood suagr levels,,, its really a pancrease regulator for blood suagrs. I don't very much it would effect NBE efforts at all. Fenugreek will however upset blood sugar drastically if a person tend to be hypo-gloxemic.

Chromium is always in Diabetic vitimins as well as lutien,, which helps to protect the eyes from cataracts and decreasing vision problems.

I wasn't aware that fenugreek could cause problems with hypo-glaucemia. I've never been diagnosed, but my grandmother had diabetes and I have many symptoms of low blood sugar. I failed my gluclose test when I was pregnant but I cheated and took 1 teeny tiny sip of soda about half an hour prior to taking it, so I'm not sure if that caused it or not, probably.

Anyway, I had a panic attack one time with all of the symptoms. I read a book by some Doctor claiming panic disorder is linked to blood sugar irregularities. My doctor tested me 2 years ago and said my sugar level was stable and panic attacks had nothing to do with blood sugar. I tend to disagree, because of the glandular activity both commonly involve. Besides if I don't eat for a long perod of time I start feeling like I'm going to have a panic attack. I have absolutely no problems what so ever with social anxiety either. I really wanted to use fenugreek in my program, you've obviously read about this, what is your suggestion?

You certainly can't use fenugreek with low blood sugar levels,,, use fennel instead!!!
