| Okay, here is my question: I heard that for women that nursed, your boobs re-inflate before they begin to grow, has anyone found this to be true or accurate?
The reason I ask is I am just about my pre-pregnancy size in boobs, and am hoping that I will see another cup growth after this point. I have a 1/4 inch to in both boobs before I am at that size, so hopefully not too much longer.......... |

I nursed 4 of my kiddos who are now 6, 7, 9, and 18. Normal was an A cup for me but up to B when pregnant and a full C while nursing. In my experience, they did have that same "full" feeling at first as if they were re-inflating, yes. And although they were fuller, the tape measure hadn't moved yet, they just seemed very swollen. But 2 weeks later the tape measure has gained 1/4 inch and they are more firm. I'm in B cups now. I think for those who have nursed our boobies have some sortof "memory" of being bigger and may react to NBE a little differently. Hopefully more quickly! For me that's what seems to be happening. I definitely sometimes feel just like I did when I was nursing and the baby was over-due for a feeding! Still having soreness and sporadic deep pains also. |

HI Lisa, don't know how long you have been doing NBE, but it has taken me since May 06 to get to this point. I started out with empty sacs of skin (alot of skin) so really I have made it from a hardly A to a small B. Which all in all isn't bad. But like I said, I am only just now getting to the size I was before kids ~ I nursed 2 of them, C's and D's while nursing!! So I was hoping that once you reached the pre-baby size, then it might move a little quicker, or at least meant that I should be able to grow bigger in less time;-) the ups and downs along the way have been really hard, and I am not sure how much longer I will go without taking a break from everything............

I understand. I was lucky to stay pre-baby size when all was said and done with the kids. I haven't had to deal with NBE frustration so I'm probably over-enthusiastic at this point! Have you thought about PM or BO rather than herbs? If herbs don't end up getting me where I want to be I'd probably try one of those alternatives myself. Hang in there! |

I have thought about both actually ~ bo is still too scary for me (don't mean to offend anyonre) and the stuff I read about pm and some of the side effects I really don't want to deal with...........I have seen some growth /reinflation so I think the herbs are working, it might just take me longer :-( I am really hoping that since things seem to be moving lately that maybe things will move along, but who knows

Well, I cannot say for sure, but I can tell you my experience so far.
I nursed 2 children-each over a year and almost 8 yrs apart.
I started as full A, small B and was a C when nursing. Back to small B after. Definitely saggier the second time around. Didn't bother me the first time. Hence, here I am trying to grow some.
I have been at this NBE thing for 10 months now and felt I had a little success w/ the BO. I quit taking anything for a bit and then started heavy on the Vitex for about 2.5 months. Now still doing vitex and started BO again just 2 days ago.
I do think it starts the filling in first though, because as long as I have been at this, I should be ginormous (yes, technical term) by now. :) HA!
Being half asian isn't helping me at all- I'm guessing the full caucasian folks are fairing much better. There are some out there who don't believe the asian thing is a problem, but I feel like it is.
Anyways- I do know that something is going on, it just isn't happening as fast as I would like it to. I also thought it would help that I started the NBE pretty soon after I stopped nursing my son. ((Shrug))(I dunno...)... |

BB's website says that women who have had children or lost weight will have fullness and roundness restored before actual growth. This has been happening for me.
I would assume that the same thing would happen with herbs, aren't both methods tricking the body to grow like in puberty?
Oh Lisa, I hope your right and our boobs remember how big they were when nursing, I'm gonna have some big round firm D's again!!! |

HS29 ~ your boobs sound like mine ~ except mine weren't just saggy ;-) I don't think its just ethnic background that lags behind!! I am full caucasian, and its still taking me a while.!!! But you could be right when you measure out the majority.
Sissy ~ curious how long have you been on NBE (sorry if you have a page already, haven't read it) and if you are close to pre-baby size?
I will confess, that even if I only manage to become a Full B I would be happy. I really am shooting for a c to even my body, my butt to me is huge, but if I can't make that goal I will settle for less and be happy............(okay I keep telling myself that)
I'd like to know who all found the statement accurate: that women who have had children or lost weight will have fullness and roundness restored before actual growth? and if upon reaching the original size did you increase at a faster pace, maybe not super fast but quicker then originally? |

Henri, I was a full round B before baby, but since I went to a D while nursing, it's hard to determine because they have changed shape. Although I didn't appreciate them at the time, before pregnancy, they just sat there, they didn't have hang to them. I've been on BO since Nov 15th, and immediately restored fullness, but only 1/2 inch growth so far, but I'm dieting and not expecting fast growth. I do hope to fill in on top more, and I'll take that over actual growth.
I had gotten sick in November, and lost like 4-5 unplanned lbs. That week, my breast disappeared to empty saks. That's when I found this place and started BB. To answer your question, I think yes fullness has been restored, but still waiting on roundness. If I cup my breast and push them back up and inch and 1/2, they are pretty much pre-baby size now, but obviously the skin has stretched so it will take more fullness than before to fill them up.
You are doing really great so far, and I know what you mean that you will be happy just for some improvement, I say that too... but what I really want are incredible breast, and I'm willing to put in the time to get them. Good luck! -- Sissy |
