ok so im about ten weeks into the nbe program and although i noticed growth below the nipple at around 6 weeks its now more apparent with the smaller breast..i can see it filling out below and at the side (under the arm pit) its begginning to catch up to the bigger one. on the other hand my bigger one is same below the nipple but its begginning to fill out at the top. the sagginess caused by breast feeding is slowly beginning to change. i guess its slow because my diet has been so poor these past few weeks....im sick so i dont feel like eating anything. i just keep thinking..what if i had a high protein diet..maybe things would start to improve at a faster rate. im still the same size so no point measuring with a tape measure at this stage..but im not as disheartened as i was previous days. i have stopped saw palmetto its been nearly a week now but im thinking whether i shud add that back to my programme. wonder up cream is good but im thinking what is i massaged with pureria cream once a day too. no tingles since i stopped saw palmetto but i noticed that amber and cheryl still grew without it..may be i dont need that additonal pill. im waiting for more fullness at the top of both breasts.

Mousee, if you have a checking account then you should be able to get an atm card at most banks with a Visa on it. Its not actually a credit card but you can use as one, the money just comes out of your checking rather than it crediting it to you. You'd be able to buy stuff online that way. Hope that helps!

hey if you're getting tingles by massaging then i think your doing the massages properly....thats sure to be a good sign. dont despair just hang in there and continue with thoses massages until you find a program that suits you. have you thought of trying individual herbs? browse at the programs page and you'll get an indication of what peole are using and what is working for them. one thing ive learnt and still learning is not to expect miracles. need alot of patience.

@ Mousee - I hope you did your reaserch before you decided what NBE method you'll try. That cream doesn't look very good to me, it contains cafeeine!!! Ô.o Caffeine - bad for NBE. I'm really puzzled, cause it's a weird thing to put in a cream...

From what I've read caffeine topically is fine, it's ingested caffeine you have to stay away from. :-)

I wouldn't agree, except if quantities are very small. Otherwise it goes in the blood vessels all the same and from there directly on the hormonal and nrvous system, just like ingested.

yaayyy!! good for you :o) its funny you should mention not needing an extra pill, because it wasnt untill after i stopped taking epo, vitimins, omega3 that the growth started, i think making it a less complicated as possible is the best bet. i take sunflower oil capsuals but i like how that helps my skin xxx
