hi all who responded to my post. thanks so much. i think it was the fenugreek. i have been off ev. for a few days to clean out my system. my period is late to which scares me (not pregnant- no way)..but maybe i had phytoestrogen overload.
i am starting the low dose birth control called mircette. a freind of mine said that it increased her bust size and she didn't gain any wieght. has anyone experienced this? i would prob. take fennel and something else with the bc, as the bc wouldn't be a permanent change.
i wanted to know anyones response to this birth control.
