I wanted to add the Chi rotations that I've read mentioned on the forum. For those of you who do it, is this how it is done?
I take my palm and put it over the breast and rotate my hand inward so that my breast rotates.
So I have to do that 360 times?
I've been adding that in since a couple of days now but, I don't think I could really do it that many times. I lose track counting but it's around 90 or so. My arms get tired if I do more. Am I doing it the right way?
Massage techniques are explained at the main page. I also found 360 rotations to each breast rather a lot of work. But besides that, I personally think that the chi massage is a lot less effective than Tiger lily's massage or a version of it that I do - massage with knuckles (the first step of Tiger lily's massage). I also do some rotations in additions. Massage with knuckles in circles arround the breast gives me pains and tingles shortly after I do it, so I know that it gives a lot more stimulation than the chi massage.

I think 360 means all the way around, like 360 degrees but not sure. I don't even manage to do 90, my arms get too tired. I thought they would get stronger and it would be good exercise for them, but they still can't do that many before they feel like they are falling off.
this is the "spinning of the records" that i think snowflake used to talk about. if you look at the diagram on the massages, i think it is the lisa massage page?, it tells direction. put your palms on your boobs, apply enough pressure that your boobs move AND your hands move over them, and move in circles in the pattern (a circle) as shown. 360 times...
it gets tiring, and some dont like them anymore. i just started back with them...
