hey, is there any way (with cream or gel, or any other way I guess) you can lift up your breasts and/or give them a better shape? and can you do this permanently? and if it's with a cream, is it one of thos "breast creams" you have to order online or can I find it at the drugstore? thanks a lot

Check out Tiger Lilly's program page. She claims that good massage shapes and lifts breasts. I believe it.

From what I've read, weight training your pectoral muscles will lift them.
