LET ME KNOW! thankss
Many women have achieved at least an inch or more, but they all use different methods. You can do individual herbs - check out the Most Mentioned Herbs on the main page. Those seem to be the most popular ones that people use when doing individual herbs. You can buy those from VitaminWorld.com - or vitamin stores in your area. I've also bought some off ebay - but make sure that they look decent. The more pure, and the less ingredients added, the better they are. Women have also found results using Wonderup and Natureday. It all depends on your body and what you decide to do. You just need to do a little research. Check out the newbies page - go to the main page and click on Newcomers Start Here and just search around a little. There is a LOT of information there. Also, check out people's Personal Programs pages (also can be found off the main page) and find someone who has similar stats (age, weight, smoker or not, cup size) and see what they are taking and if it's helping them. Massages can also be found on the main page, and in people's programs. Wild Yam cream, progesterone cream and cocoa butter seem to be very popluar, also borage oil.
Just search for links from the Main Page, including Newcomers Start Here, General References Page, Info. on Herbs, Massage Techniques, and then the Personal Programs Page. Also you can do searches on the main NBE forum that you posted your message on, and you can find a lot of information that way. Good Luck and I hope this helped!
Yes it works, not for everyone tho, and it's very hard, it takes learning a lot of information before you know exactly what your body needs to grow breasts. That is if you chose to do a custom routine of separate herbs, but you could aslo go for a commercial product. Out of those, there's only one which has proven to be effective among the users on this forum - Wonderup, all others got a more or less negative feedback. NBE is very specific and different for every individual, what would for someone could have no effect whatsoever on you. Aside from that, such general questions like those you asked you should learn on your own through research.
