WU and Fenugreek

Can anyone tell me how much fenugreek there is on WU? It says on extract but I want to compare whith fenugreek herb.

There is 75mg of extract in each WU pill. That is equal to 300mg of herb. So 6 WU pills a day are the same as taking 1800mg of herb.
