I'm not 100% sure I understood your question, but the usual dosage of Wonderup is 6 tablets a day, this being indicated on the label of the bottle. The vast majority of women taking Wonderup stick with this.

Vitex works best alone or with a small ammount of other herbs, but it's a herb that is used specifically for one imbalance - estrogen dominance. Do your research before deciding.

just remember the vitex takes a while for it to fully work. You also might want to give the WU a little bit of time to work before you go adding other stuff to the mix. No sense taking more then you need and overloading your system.
