hey, so I'm so stoked to be on here and it's taken me a long time to find somewhere I can talk about this stuff to. I don't feel comfortable going to talk to my mom because she might just think it's not important. So here's my story:
I'm fourteen and have had my period for two years. I have a lot of questions because it seems like I've finished puberty but still have no breasts! they are barely an a cup and people keep saying I'm just not done growing but I haven't matured that way in a couple years. I'm not sure if I'm just a late bloomer or if there is something wrong with me because I was researching and found out about a disorder where you have "tubular" or "Triangular" breasts. which is because tissue is blocking the top of your breasts so they can't develop fully, resulting in a triangular shape. And mine look just like that! I researched the steps of puberty and one of the first steps is the "bud" stage and I"m already finished with the last step, which is menstration. So I just need some of these answers so that if I find there is a real problem, I can talk to my mom and go to a doctor.
Sometimes you don't fully finish developing until 5 years after your period. I would seriously wait another 2 or 3 years, or till 18 if you can, because NBE can ruin any chances of REAL growth with your REAL hormones. I would think about it. You're still very young.
I just did a search. Here's a few forums on cocoa butter and massage. You can also try breast enhancement hypnosis if you're interested in that. But I would stay away from the herbs for now.
I agree with Diana and littlemadison. You could check out the massages and you could eat "boob friendly food" which I don't know a whole lot about, but I hear other ladies talking about it on here. If you don't take vitamins already you could talk to your mom about taking a multi vitamin, make sure you eat healthy and get plenty of protein. The cocoa butter is fairly common and I bought some at Wal-Mart. Get plenty of sleep at night and don't be discouraged, women's breasts change throughout their lifetime, and I am almost certain you are not done growing, I bet if you do some massages and eat plenty of protein, you'll see some changes.
thank you So much! that helped. I will try to get to a drug store to buy some cocoa or shea butter, I had trouble searching for the liquid vitamin E. When I looked, I saw a cocoa butter massage cream that is said to get rid of stretch marks, whould that be a good choice to use? But I was wondering what properties these things have in them to expand your breasts. I found a few moisturizers in my bathroom that have some of these products. I also heard kelp helps. I looked on the back of a neosporin packet because I had a cut and saw that is had vitamin E and cocoa butter. would that be ok to use, before I can get a hold of some pure butter? thanks you so much again for answering so many of my questions.
I would think that it's better off just to use a regular moisturizer for now. If it only has a smidge of cocoa butter in it, its really not gonna do anything. Just use a regular lotion or body oil, and do the massages as people describe until you get what your looking for. I would recommend a 100% pure cocoa butter stick, which you can get from a drugstore like walgreens. I am not totally sure on how it works. Someone else will have to reply about that.
actually while i was massaging, I used the palmers cocoa butter for stretchmarks. it has cocoa butter collagen and vitamin e yes it does have mineral oil, but it didnt seem to be one of the very first ingredients and it smells real nice, to me anyway :) good luck.
