Hi there! I am another newbie. I am 39 years old, mother of two and got what I would call a full A-cup. I was a full C when I was breastfeeding and would like to be a C again.

I have been reading these forums for about a month and decided to try NBE in the beginning of january.

I am taking Fennel, Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto and Kelp. I got my Pueraria Mirifica breast cream in the post yesterday and I am curious about the outcome.

The great results posted in the picture pages are really encouraging! Thank you, everyone who posted pics. You all look great!

Wow, there seem to be so many newbies these days. About the pictures, yes we have so many ladies who look great, but everyone should remember that these changes did not happen overnight and sometimes took quite a long time.

I know it might take me a long time to get there, but it's worth a try. Glad to see that there are several of us "around 40" girls here! :-)

Fennel Fairy - There are a few of us over 40 types. I'm 42 and have been doing NBE since early March 2006. I've gained over 5 inches so far. There was a recent thread that you might want to check out GIRLS OVER 35 that might be helpful (at least in identifying some of us over 35). Congrats on your new journey!!!
