Hello everyone, I have been coming on here for a while now and just reading posts, so I decided to finally write my own and ask the questions that are on my mind. I am 18 years old, but a 32AA cup. Though some may consider me too young to be worrying about this, I think most people know that breast size is a common worry among high school girls. I am unfortunately the smallest-busted girl in my class, and I am also the oldest, so I think that makes it worse. I would definitely like to avoid plastic surgery-- so I am very interested in NBE. I was thinking that I might be at an advantage, since my breasts are probably (and hopefully) not done with their own natural development. I was wondering if there's any herbs or programs that work good on younger people or those who are still developing. Thank you all! :)
Just to let you know - if you think that you are still developing, NBE herbs can ruin your chances or naturally growing. So you're leaving it up to what the herbs give you, which could be anywhere from 1/2" to 4" (if you're really lucky). Taking advantage of NBE isn't an awful idea at a young age though (at least not in my mind) because the younger you are, the better you seem to do.
There really are no known routines that help anyone at a certain age, but I would guess that individual herbs are the most common on this forum. There have been a couple younger girls who have found that Wonderup works for them too, you will just have to look at the picture pages and personal program pages and find someone who's similar to you. Some others are Vitex, Grobust, Natureday and St. Herb. There's more than that, I just can't think of them off the top of my head. Just scan the personal programs pages (which can be found off the main page) and also the Newcomers Start Here page. There is a lot of information available, and a lot of research needs to be done. One more thing... MASSAGE. Cocoa Butter followed by Vitamin E is very popular, and you may see results from this alone, so it's worth giving a try before starting on any herbs. You can find 100% pure cocoa butter sticks at drugstores, and also online (eBay is a good place). Then just find some Vitamin E oil to follow the massage to help keep growth.
