currently i'm very happy with my body shape, i've lost almost 20 lbs and completely toned up and had success with muscle gain, but i've lost quite a bit of my breast size. i used to be 5'4 135lbs with a large c-d cup, now having lost alot of fat tissue my breast are a small c, even a b cup in some bras, they have lost much of their fullness and just don't have an overall appearance i'm happy with any more. i've been reading many reports on the internet about whether these pills work or not and i'm very confused. if anyone has ever tried any of these alternative methods i'd like to know what you think and feel, any help from people who have actually had success or failure for that maatter would greatly be appreciated.
