Don't be tape measure crazy, sometimes even though the tape measure hasn't budged, you are filling out and gaining! It's better to "measure" by how you are filling up your bra. Take notice of when you start filling it in more and spilling out of it more. Maybe even buy the next cup size up and occasionally try it on to see how much more you've got to go to fill it up. As you progress, you'll notice how much closer you are to moving on to that next cup size. Think positive and don't let negativity creep into your mind. If too much time goes by without results then be open to making changes to your program and stay encouraged that they will work. Something will eventually work. Rome wasn't built in a day, and as much as we'd like to wake up tomorrow with boobs the exact size we each want them to be, it will take more time. Stay patient and stay thankful. If you think you can, or if you think you can't.....you are right! What you think about, you bring about. Every one of us should be proud of ourselves for having the strength and the belief and the determination to be on this NBE journey. Happy growing everyone!!!!! :-)
Thanks Lisa for the encouragement. I agree with you, optimism and patience is the key to our outcome. But of course it's easier said than done.
LOL, every now and then I get that episode of Punky Brewster where the girls are trying their hardest to increase their chest.....and they chant "I must, I must, I must increase my bust." You guys remember that show/episode?
i was just chanting that the other morning while motivating myself to do massage!! hahaha! that was punky... well SHE didnt have a problem when she grew up! i thought it was brady bunch, but now that i think about it i believe you are right!
and lisa is totally right. pessimism causes stress and that is bad. what you believe you will get, eventually you will get!!

Thanks for the encouraging message Lisa!
I would just like to add that I agree 100%, this is not going to happen over night so we must be patient. I am just starting this journey but I have committed to giving it a try for at least 6 months minimum.
