shell used st herb... she also used a uk brand but she said she liked the st herb one better. i just ordered some... but it takes FOREVER to arrive... so order like a month in advance!! i got mine on ebay...
I don't know which PM cream is the best, I suppose different ones would work differently for all of us. I just started using the Mirifem cream 8days ago, when I FINALLY rec'd it. Took 2 1/2 wks to get here. Not sure if it's permanent if we get results, but I assume once you get the desired size from it (if any) then, we use it for maintanence for awhile like with the PM pills. So if I don't get ST. Herb in place of Mirifem next time (because of the mineral oil), then I will probably use it twice a day for 3months, then use it once a day or every other day for 2-3months just to be sure the results stay.
Chelle and Emmie ~ could you please keep me posted on your results with the pm cream? I am thinking about buying a jar or two, don't know what brand I want to try, something that doesn't cost a fortune!! but am wondering if its going to work. So many things are trial and error and I just feel like I am wasting my money *sigh* So for now I am just doing some research.
what DID show up today was pm soap. 14.95 a bar, and one bar is supposed to last awhile, and it was buy 2 get one free so i opted to try it. twice a day, lather up, let it soak in. i just got it today so i havent a CLUE how well it will work! we will see!!
I'd be concerned about it hitting other "parts" and have adverse side effects!!!! I have some herbal soap for boobs that came with an order I made, but have yet to try it ~ maybe I should!!
I have used the PM breast cream from pueraria UK for only 3 days, and it really seems to have boosted the effect of the herbs I have been taking and also I am definitely firmer after that short amount of time. Promising! For the most part of january I was on herbs only and grew one centimeter. Since I started the cream 3 days ago, I have gained another two centimeters - altogether almost one inch total. I have gone from a full A cup to a B cup. Most of it happened this week!
chelle ~ have you seens a difference yet since you started using the cream ~ and if you have answered this already, let me know where and I'll stop asking questions ;-p
Well, as of yet I can't really tell a difference from the cream. I was already having a difference in filling out my smaller side before I started using it and the difference was made with the pump I'm using. So it still may be hard to actually pinpoint results on the cream or pump if I continuing growing on my smaller side. I do know that after I massage with the mirifem cream I get really strong pains in my boob after about 30min later, so that's got to be a plus. I'll will keep you posted though if I all of a sudden get a big growth spurt on my smaller side. :)
ive checked the site pueraria uk there is a cream and spray. which one did u use fennel fairy.....do you think the spray might be better cos it says it contains high levels of isoflavorin (however u spell it!!!!)??????
but can you explain what pm stands for? i've seen a couple references to "pm" here. also...are you still finding success and if so, where do you order it from?
It stands for pueraria mirifica, which is a phytoestrogen substance, I suppose it's an herb? I use the cream from http://pueraria.co.uk/ and I'm happy with it. Although, it's only one part of my program so it's hard to know which thing in particular is responsible for my good results or if it's just a combination of things working together.
