Hello,

I just finished 1 bottle of ultra enhance plus and instead of sticking with that program I just decided to buy my own herbs separatly and maybe try Eve's program if I find all the herbs. Well anyways I've been taking hops and fenugreek and using wild yam gel(extra strength 12%)for almost a week and I was supposed to get my period yesterday and I still havent got it. I have never had this happen I'm always consistant. My boobs are definatly bigger and not sore like they usually are during luteal phase and I love it, but I'm really worried about not getting my period. I haven't even had any signs of it. Has anyone had this happen? I dont know if I should stop taking herbs. Does anyone know if nbe decreases fertility or messes up the female reproductive system. thanks.

Sarah

Every body reacts differently to taking herbs. its actually normal for them to interfere with your cycle since it is changing your hormones around. i would wait a couple days before really worrying about it. the herbs actually shortened my cycle by 2-4 days. it used to be 28-32 Days long. now it is 26-30 Days. i never know til i get it. i still take thudz and i can on longer 'feel' when i am due for my period. good luck.

Yes, it's very normal. I got mine 2 weeks late, but that's because I also switched the dosaging.

Sarah - Yeah, don't freak - you're body is just making adjustments with the new influx of hormones.
