I've been on fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds since 10:th of jan, then added saw palmetto pills on 20:th of jan. I've had tingles the whole time but didn't get any growth until now. I added PM cream 3 days ago and that seemed to boost everything. I gained almost an inch in a few days, and no, it's not luteal swelling. Boobs are a lot firmer too. I started out a full A, now I am a B.
Besides this, I have used affirmations and chaos magic. Not sure what caused what. I am happy about my B cup though! I'm definitely going to continue this!
For your information, I am on the pill.
I posted my program in the personal programs section.

Chaos magic is a form of magic. A bit hard to explain if you aren't familiar with the occult. But the part of it I used, is about making your wishes into sigils that you charge with energy.

I just looked it up on the internet. I liked how it explained "everything is possible".....you do have to believe that everything is possible when it comes to NBE. Good for you! :-)

Fennel Fairy, would you mind e-mailing me at fatflush2006@yahoo.com? I would like to ask you a private question about your BE program, if that's okay. :)

Yes, I use the actual seeds. I add boiling water to the seeds and let it brew until it has cooled down, then drink the liquid. I use the same lot of herbs twice. I reckon they let out more active ingredients once their shells have been softened up by hot water already once. I put about half a cup of fennel seeds and some fenugreek and cover it in boiling water, then sif it off and use again. I do this twice in the morning and twice in the evening. Then I take a tablespoons worth of fenugreek seeds a day, swallow it down with water. The kelp and sw palmetto are capsules.
The PM cream I bought was pueraria breast cream from pueraria UK.

pm cream..... worried
February 4 2007, 6:54 PM
Hi, Ive been thinking abut trying PM cream for a while, but when i went on the pueraria UK site I was a bit worried about the disclaimer saying you shouldnt use the PM capsules if you've had a tumour in any estrogen organs (e.g. uterus)...... do you think this means PM increases the risk of cancer?!!

Hey Jools,
You should not take any NBE product when you've (had) that kind of tumour!

Women who have had cancer of the uterus or breasts should avoid taking the capsules, because they are to avoid to take estrogen. When taken orally, estrogen and phytoestrogen goes through the entire system and can affect the uterus for instance. Cream, however, shouldn't be a problem for someone who has had a tumour in the uterus because it only works in the breast area where you apply it. Avoid the pills.
What exactly cant you take he you have had tumor? does it specifically have to be in the sexual organs? how about if you had a tumor on a gland? thanks.

I get the fennel in the supermarket spice section (dead cheap) and the fenugreek seeds in the health store (dead cheap too) I think I pay the equivalent of a dollar and a half for one bag containing 400 gram. Over all, in one month, I have spent a total of 4 dollars on fennel and fenugreek and I have plenty left. I suspect it cost a lot more if it is in pill form.

yes, fennel and fenugreek seem to work well together. i've had problems with fenugreek alone (acne, tiredness), and fennel alone doesn't seem to do the trick. not sure what it is about fennel that counteracts the negative effects of fenugreek... but somehow it works

Yes, fennel and fenugreek is a magic combo, definitely. Too much fenugreek gives me spots and rash though, I guess I am a bit sensitive to it. I think I have found the perfect balance for me now.
And again, these products are dead cheap if you buy them in seed form. I don't know what the supermarkets are like where you live, but where I am located (scandinavia) fennel is a common spice sold everywhere and fenugreek is sold in the shops that have health suppliments. As soon as something is in a jar, it cost twelve times more than the original product.

Fairy
How much water do you use for the 1/2 cup of seeds? Wondering if you ptu less water it'll be more potent. So you don't take any capsules of any form?

I use half a cup of fennel seeds a day total.
In the morning I add about one cup of boiling water to a quarter of a cup of fennel and a pinch of fenugreek. I let it brew until it's cooled down a bit, sif off the liquid and drink it, then make another cup of "tea" on the same lot of herbs.
The remaining, unused, quarter of a cup of seeds I use in the evening.
I take roughly a tablespoon of fenugreek a day too.

I swallow the fenugreek seeds with water.
To begin with, I made a massage oil with fennel, fenugreek and olive oil for massages. Since I bought the PM cream, I use the home made oil after I massaged the PM cream in, to "seal" the PM in so the PM doesn't evaporate until it has penetrated deeply.
