So far I have had no pains except some in my left breast underneath the nipple. I figured that it was from massaging to hard, as it was never changing, and nothing happened in the other boob or in size or fullness increase. Now where the pain is located, its very hard and solid... Any ideas? It's not a bump, just really hard. It may have softened a little more than it was this morning/last night - because I think it was a big portion of my left boob that was hard, and you couldn't really squish it down, and now its just directly under the nipple and deep down, and you can push it in a little more.
Out of curiousity have you had any significant amounts of caffeine lately? The reason I ask, is I will get tender hard spots on the under side of my left boob when I have too much caffeine, or drink/eat certain caffeinated products such as Cola, Chocolate etc. It usually goes away after a few days.
I am not sure what to tell you ~ I know from your description it sounds alot like what I get, but maybe its an allergy to something else. Have you tried doing a search on the breast, thats how I found out about my problem.......
No- no research done. I don't think it's anything though, because it seems to be getting a little softer than it was last night, and because it followed the pain, I'm guessing (or hoping) it has something to do with NBE. I'll do a little research later tonight when I have more time, but I'm not going to get worried about it.
This might sound weird but could it be some kind of 'blockage' which fengshui and tiger lily talked about ? it's a theory about using pressure points massage (u can see the massage on the pansyclub massage page) to get rid of these blockages and get breast growth. one of these blockages is located right below the nipple.
are you feeling pain when massaging or all the time?
pressure points might be painful when applying pressure to that spot. that means blockage. it used to be painful for me but after a few months of massage, it went away and my underbreast became fuller.
p.s. these blockages sound mysterious but i think it has something to do with breast density. maybe the breast tissue becomes less dense if you press it firmly and kind of stretch it? just a thought though.
