Can someone please tell me what this PM Cream is? As quite a few people seem to have had success with it, so was just wondering what it is and if its worth investing in?
just biumping up this post I also would like to know what exactly is PM cream. I see that a lot of ladies here in the forum refer to that cream but I'm not really familiar with it. Can someone let is know what is it?
PM means pueraria mirifica. There are several brands of creams that contain this substance. To mention a few, there are St.Herb, Mirifem and pueraria breast cream from pueraria.uk that I use myself. I bet there are dozens of different makes out there to choose from.
which one would you girls recomend? ...and how many of you have had success with PM Cream? ...right now im using wonderup cream and cocoa butter...im wondering whether i should give up one of these and try PM cream instead? any suggestions or advice?

someone just asked about this, actually, but i think it is still up for debate. some people have tried/are trying mirifem (i know michelle just started), i am waiting on an order from stherb, and some people use it from pueraria.uk.
there is a pm forum linked from the main page... you might be able to make some comparisons from there! i would say work with what you have now and then switch a little later on... but then i hate wasting money!
