Do these products really work?
I've visited so many websites that claim to work but the pictures are faked, or pornstar before and after surger pictures.
The FDA and the BBB report that none of these are proven to work.

What's the deal? What's the best?

What's with the exorbitant ammount newbies poping up lately asking if it works? huh

The best thing for you newbies is to just start perusing this forum, and look at the pics on the main page, research products, (someone just posted a nice link recently)...and then you could search those products in the posts here and read what people have already said about them.
