Too much sugar can't be good for NBE

Since a high sugar intake means increased androgen production, it might not be beneficial to have a high sugar intake if you want the female hormones to work well.

Any thoughts on this?

Yes, it's been said before. I agree. But carbs aren't that easy to reduce. I think it might be important to not eat too many meals a day, like only 3 or 4, so that you don't have insulin in your blood all the time.

more meals (small ones) up your metabolism...

maybe one of the reasons so many people gain weight on nbe?

just food (so to speak) for thought...
