im really happy to hear abt ur increase congrats!!!! one quick question though..im stuck between the pm spray and cream...i think you used the cream. is that the most effective? the spray contains soya isoflavorone. and the pueraria uk website states that visiable results with one to two weeks.... what would you recommend and did the cream give u firmness or actual growth? thanks!!!!

The spray might be more concentrated, I don't really know, but I am well pleased with my cream. It really boosted my growth and boobs are a LOT firmer in just a few days of use.

I am sure both products are good. Spray might be difficult to use with massage though.
