Hi girls,

I have been using wonderup for 2 and 1/2months and so far I can see a slight increase. However, I feel like I may need to add something to my routine to give me a boost. I think I am estrogen dominant, especially because I am on an estrogen contraceptive pill (cilest) so do you think it would be a good idea to add a herb that is similar to progesterone (saw palmetto? Agnus Cactus?).
I would be really grateful for any suggestions!!

its nearly end of my third month on wonder up and i too have noticed an increase. i did start of with wu and sp but i stopped sp in the second month and added vitex. so far so good...is slow but im not going to complain. massaging twice a day really helps. why dont u buy a good breast cream...ever since i have started to use wonder up cream my breast shape seems better. i am considering buying the pm cream from pueraria uk. just to speed things up abit.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I have got the wonderup cream and it does really help but I find it hard to make the time to massage reguarly, I think this is probably what's holding me back so I am trying to massage whenever I get the chance! Is Vitex similar to Saw Palmetto? It seems a few people have had problems i.e. bloating with SP.

SP is not a progesteronic herb as far as I know, it's anti-DHT (dihydrotestosterone). Vitex is a great herb for estrogen dominance, but it's been found to work the best alone or with low doses of other herbs. Women who have experienced benefit from it said that it went really slowly, but speeded up once they dropped other herbs.

I agree about the Wonderup Cream. It really makes my breast shape better, I think it's really worthwhile.
