hello, just a quick question. has anyone else experienced loss of tingling/pains after their period? i am taking WU and SP (2 450 mg/day) and grew i think 1cm last month. had soreness throughout the month. when my period started a week ago (sorry if this is TMI!), the soreness went away.

i think this might be natural fluctuations in hormone levels and nothing to worry about. am going to stay the course with WU and SP. just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. and if so, did you change your routine at all because of it (like decreased or increased your herbage or even stop for a few days). thank you all for being so helpful!

Growing pains and tingles come and go throughout your cycle. You probably won't have them all the time.

Yeah, it happened to about everyone (who was lucky enough to get signs) ;)
