just was wondering how many people who are taking wonderup take vitex and what dosages they take currently I am taking vitex 2x daily, fenugreek 2x daily, saw palmetto 2x daily and vitamins with massage cocoa butter and wild yam cream and was thinking of adding wonderup .....do you stick to the dosage 2 three times a day or is that too much????

Either take Wonderup and vitex together on it's own or stick to the herbs you are using now, but definitely do NOT add Wonderup to that mix, you will be taking way too high dosages of herbs and there is no telling what it will do to your body.
Keep it simple and stick to what you are doing for at least 2-3 months. If you don't see any changes or signs of growth at all then you can think about changing your routine, and only then would I start using Wonderup and if you want the vitex with it. If you are thinking about changing your routine I would take a break for at least 2-4 weeks though to give your body a chance to cleanse itself out and optimally do a liver and kidney cleanse to help things along.
Some people seem to see signs of growth just on Vitex on it's own, so you could try that too.
The goal is to take as little as possible, much doesn't always help much and can do way more harm than good.

thanks for the response ive been on fenugreek and vitamins for 2 months and vitex for nearly 7weeks teh saw palmetto i only just added about a week ago not seen much difference yet...just fuller but no growth maybe i'll wait for another month or two before considering wonder up....
