I have been receiving health newsletters from this site and wanted to share it with you all. Of course he wants you to buy his book, but in addition, he sends out very informative newsletters on various health issues, things that I hear discussed here often.
All I did was sign up for the sneak preview, but the newsletters I get are about non weight related health issues, and the good thing is that they aren't trying to sell anything. Just wanted to pass it on.
