Ive been using herbs for about a month now, i do get pain in the breasts, but it comes and goes. I haven't really noticed any growth though. I was wondering how much time should i give the herbs. Whats the average time (1 month 2 months) when a person starts to see some results????
I get good first month results, too. But I've read many cases where people haven't started to grow until 3 or more months in. It depends on how patient you'd like to be-- the one thing that's obvious is that not everybody's the same. Hang in there!
Unfortunately it varies. Like the one above, I got results in my first month. But for some it takes longer. And some have more gain than others across the months. It's what makes this so confusing.

you said you saw results in the first month? wow thats awesome. In that first month was your NBE program the same as the one on your program/routine page/post ?
I've had about the same program (almost) the whole time, except I didn't take saw palmetto for the first two weeks. You can read my program on the personal programs page. :-)
