I had some ideas- 'the Jillian Mc Keith crase' has gone out of fashion now, but re-reading her book it seems so relevent to NBE, herbs, regulating the hormones, energy, avoiding stress. she even says how stress plays havoc with the hormones. I just thought this mite be usefull for anyone who worries about diet and NBE. She does advocate fat and proteens, which help NBE (she doesnt mention NBE) but the 'good' ones- nuts, certain oils ect... Personally i fail miserably at eating healthily, but i think it's a really good idea all the same :o) xxx

Stress plays havoc with your hormones, that is so true. I think for some women it can be the difference between success and failure at NBE.
