i have a question about sawpalmetto vs nettleroot. i used to take sawpalmetto (3 caps a day) with my previous routine but now i take nettleroot(2 caps a day). Interesting thing is that sawpalmetto really cleaned up my face (pimples) while nettleroot doesn't seem to work that way. Or should i inrease my doses? Breastwise i can't tell yet since i'm still to the first month. i do get some very light sensations daily that were not so frequent with my previous routine.

so does anyone have the same experience or can suggest why's the case?

hiya. i don't have any experience with nettle (though have read some ladies here using it) but am using SP with WU. same experience as you--the two times i dropped SP (once for two weeks, recently for two days), i had some not so nice acne. if you are having better boob pains with the nettle, maybe you just need to give it time. i think that letting your body adjust to whatever herbs you are on takes time, and perhaps your body will adjust to the nettle and the acne will go away. keep us posted. good luck!
