(im getting all excited and maybe posting too much ? lol sorry if so.)
I think I've gotten most of my questions answered here on the board ! thanks so much ! realy. quick replies and very helpful. :) its so great.
So now im wondering :
1. If i start with WU,BB or Naturday could i add my own individual herb/s along WITH one of those?
(for example : could i take SP and a few other things with wonderup? or is that not a good idea?)
2. what are the ingredients in BB ?
3. wonderup and natureday have really different ingredients ... im unsure which might work better for me. anyone have advice? or should i just try one?
4.or would maybe making my own blend of select ingredients from individual herbs work any better?
oooohh i dont know what to buy yet ! im getting anxious! lol heehee

Hi Jess,
I've been attempting NBE for a few years, but haven't had any growth yet, but i would recommend:
1. Start by taking the pills at the recommended dosage by themselves for a few months (or with the addition of an oil eg EPO/borage or vitamin tablet) some people have grown really well with just WU etc. If you add additional herbs straight away at a high dose, you may cause your growth to stall.
2. I think BB is bovine ovary. There is a post on the first page of the forum which has a bit more detail.
3. WU seems to have had a better succes rate out of the 2 - i tried it for 6 months but it didn't work for me thou :(
4. Indivivual herbs can be a good route as you can adjust the dosage / herbs you take to match your own body eg you can eliminate herbs that you react badly to, and ramp up dosage to find the correct level for your growth.
I started by taking WU cos it seemed easier to have the dosage worked out for you. I think WU would be a good product to start with. Then if that doesn't work out, I would look into the indivdual herbs route (which is what i'm doing now!!)
and dont worry about posting too much!! this place is for questions and suggestions!
bb is bovine ovary... and... i think pituitary glandular. basically cow innards. most of the bovine ovaries the girls on this site use are from new zealand, where there havent been incidences of mad cow, so no panicking... ive been doing bovine ovary (not bb) for about five months or so and havent even gotten a cold.
i cant tell you about natureday vs wonderup, but i have heard that with the natureday you will need more than the recommended amount for the liquid because you go through it fast.
wonderup seems to have good results. i agree... trying it for a month or two alone is a better idea than adding something to it right away...
Jess,
I read your post in the Pueraria Mirifica forum about taking PM pills together with a lot of other herbs, or even PM pills and Wonderup together and I really want to advice against it.
For the same reason as the doctor ask you before you get birth control pills if you've got someone in the family who has had bloodclots or vascular problems, you shouldn't overdo any intake of estrogen like products. You may end up with bloodclots. Or you might damage your liver or your hormones. Do PM, or Wonderup, or your own herbal mix but don't combine too many things. It might not be safe.

I'd recomend WU over ND. I haven't tried any of the two, but I speak from the feedback on this forum. WU is quite a high dose pill as it is, I don't think you'd need anything with it, except saw palmetto or nettle if you have excess androgens.
aw i feel so much better about starting my new program. really, thank you all. i will post my plans soon!
i definitly dont want to take too many herbs or the wrong combos and harm myself or anything like that! im glad i know now. im going to be careful. im not impatient and wont try to take tons of stuff to get quick results i know that would not be the right thing to do.
THANKS AGAIN ALL!
