I really don't know much about PM,, but that is what the main ingredient is,, and there are alot of girls here using PM cream. PM can be taken internally also,, if I remember right for 15 days of the month and then off and then 15 days on again. Hopefully someone who has used PM internally or externally with comment on this.
but how long does it last? it doesnt say anything about how permanent it might be, not that i found skimming through the site. maybe if i get motivated later i will send them an email and ask...
I got that sample about 3 weeks ago, I just had to pay $12 for the shipping (from Singapore to US). It comes with a little vial of massage oil that you massage in first, and then there's a little vial of PM serum that you follow it up with. It tells you to only use about 5 drops on each breast. It lasted about a week and a half. Honestly, I'm not sure it did much though. I wasn't doing any massaging or anything when I first got it because it was at the very beginning of my program. I did SEEM fuller after using it, but it was hard to tell what the cause of that was because I got horrible pains and some growing right away when I started NBE. Who knows what from or if it was just a combination of things. Overall, I wasn't super duper impressed with it really. I have ordered the PM cream from another company though, one that several people on here use and like (from the UK), so I'm going to give that a go when it arrives. For now I use cocoa butter and wild yam. To me, it's hard to tell in the beginning if you're just getting your program going and adding things and altering things just what is responsible for any good results you're having.
