Wahaika posted great info on goat's rue in one topic, I think it was estradiol levels. I also noticed it was in WU and came to think that it might be good herb for NBE. It's not in any other commercial products, or at least I haven't noticed it. I will probably try to get it in tea.

Source for goat's rue capsules and tincture

Here are two goat's rue products that might be of interest to people:

I wrote to the site, and this is their reply about the potency of the products:

There are 333 mg. in each goat's rue capsule (noted on bottle), and the same
in a 1/4 tsp dose of the extract (not noted on bottle).

It's interesting that whenever I read about goat's rue, it's ability to enlarge breasts is mentioned, whereas when I read about fenugreek, it isn't usually mentioned outside of BE related sites and products.

I do understand that fenugreek works, but I think it's interesting that goat's rue is mentioned more often in herbal guides as having that property.

Goat's rue sounds really good...but it's pretty expensive and it seems like it's only available from one company. Has anyone found a cheaper source?
