Here is what I have learned about stimulating circulation with bodywork instead of supplements...for those who are interested.
1. Dry skin brushing (see below)
2. Trampolining (on the small kind...see below)
3. Hot/cold alternating in the shower...you could do it directly on the breasts....it is good to end with cool water for the hair and face too. This is an old practice used by the Scandinavian and Finish...hot sauna followed by cold snow...you can work up your tolerance to hotter, colder in the shower. It is supposed to help boost the immune system too.
"DRY SKIN BRUSHING
It is WELL known that the Skin is the LARGEST Organ in the Body, and is responsible for one-fourth of the Body's Detoxification each day, also making it, one of the most IMPORTANT Elimination Organs! The Skin is also known as the "3rd" Kidneys and the Lungs are known as the "2nd" Kidneys. TOXICITY can gather beneath the Skin's Surface from such COMMON Influences such as IMPROPER pH levels in Body Soaps, Skin Creams and Anti-Perspirants, plus Synthetic Fibers worn NEXT to the Skin with ANY of them contributing to a variety of Skin Problems and Conditions.
When you do Skin Brushing, you HELP your Lymph System to CLEAN itself of the TOXINS, that COLLECT in the Lymph Glands. You use a Simple Technique to IMPROVE the Surface Circulation on the Skin and KEEP the Pores of the Skin OPEN, encouraging your Body's Discharge of Metabolic Wastes, and resulting in an IMPROVED ability to COMBAT Bacteria, plus HELPING your Skin to look and feel HEALTHIER and MORE RESILIENT! Skin Brushing is a PERFECT Treatment for SELF-HELP Enthusiasts.
Benefits:
• TIGHTENS Skin.
• HELPS Digestion.
• REMOVES Cellulite.
• STIMULATES Circulation.
• INCREASES Cell Renewal.
• CLEANS Lymphatic System.
• REMOVES Dead Skin Layers.
• STRENGTHENS Immune System.
• IMPROVES Exchange between Cells.
• STIMULATES the Glands, thus helping ALL of the
Body Systems to perform at PEAK EFFICIENCY!
How To Do:
1. Buy a NATURAL, NOT Synthetic, Bristle Brush, since it does NOT SCRATCH the Surface of the Skin.
2. Buy a Brush with a LONG Handle, so that you're ABLE to get to the Areas of your Body, that are NOT EASY to reach, when doing your own Skin Brushing.
3. Skin Brush, before Showering or Bathing, at least ONCE per day, and TWICE, if possible.
4. Do NOT wet Skin, since it will NOT have the SAME Effect, because this stretches the Skin.
5. ALWAYS Skin Brush towards the Heart.
6. Do Circular Counter-Clockwise Strokes on the Abdomen.
7. Do LIGHTER Strokes over and around Breasts, but do NOT Brush the Nipples.
8. Brush each part of the Body several times VIGOROUSLY, COMPLETELY Brushing the WHOLE Body.
9. Brush the Soles of the Feet FIRST, because the Nerve Endings there affect the WHOLE Body, next Brush the Ankles, Calves, and Thighs, then Brush across your Stomach and Buttocks and lastly Brush your Hands to the Arms.
10. Take a WARM Bath or Shower, which should always be followed by a COOL Rinse at the end to INVIGORATE Blood Circulation and STIMULATE Surface Warmth.
11. Wash your Brush every few Weeks in Water and let it DRY.

Trampoline Exercise Benefits — 4 months ago
Apart from being great fun devices – Trampolines ensure physical fitness when regularly used. Trampolines provide incredible exercise for various body organs and help to develop endurance levels while promising good health.
They are used regularly by athletes to better their skills and gain stamina. The benefits from trampoline exercises are endless. Proper trampoline exercise benefits each and every muscle of the body and enhances the body fluid circulation. Regular trampoline work out’s improve the blood flow which increases the oxygen availability to each body cell.
Also, Trampoline exercise tries maintaining a healthy body weight and combats obesity. Rebounding is a form of trampoline exercise which furthers relaxation, improves respiration, and promotes the elimination of toxins that are trapped in body tissues and organs.
Hahahah...now I was rereading what I posted...and thought...darn! I should use that tramp we have here! I was thinking...if it helps the liver move those toxins...that is going to help eliminate the extra estorgen floating around too...ok...gotta go bounce....
oh...one caveat...
it seems harmless...but don't jump or bounce too much too fast! Start with 5 minutes unless you are very physically fit, and work up to ten minutes...even a small quiet bounce on a trampoline really moves the lymphatic system and can cause you to "drain" alot of....mucous...etc. and or make you quite tired. So take it slow. Cleansing is best done slow.
I love my rebounder (mini trampoline)! I use it for 8 minutes almost every day. I bought a Needak, and I recommend them. :)
Ideally, I would use it more often for improved circulation, I guess! 2 minutes is all it takes to move lymph in your body. I wonder if dry skin brushing is as necessary if you 'bound. :)

I dry brush and rebound, too, but don't notice a difference from them. I know a lot of people swear by these methods, though! They're popular on the T-Tapp forums, something else that's geared towards improved lymph flow and circulation.
An intense deep breathing program is the best thing I've found to get my blood flowing. It's not pleasant but helps. I like Oxycise.
Oxycise helps to bring up my energy level and makes me feel more alert. It also helps to improve my breathing when I'm not doing the exercises (I have lung and nasal issues) and definitely increases circulation to the point where it's noticeable. Mostly, I feel healthier overall when using the system than when I don't. If you check out the testimonial section on the Oxycise site, there's some intriguing feedback. Some people have reported major weight loss (this hasn't happened for me, though) and better skin. I don't have any troubles with the skin on my face, but my sister said she notices an improvement. Hers is completely clear and more 'glowy'.
There are a lot of deep breathing videos out there and most are probably fine, but I like this one because it's intense without being as agressive as Body Flex. I find it a little uncomfortable to do, even after a lot of practice, and the videos are silly and low budget, but the benefits win out.
No problem, glad to help! :) I think you'd find this beneficial, then. I forgot to mention that it does have a real calming effect on nerves, too. Of course, I always forget/fail to do it when I'm stressed or panic sets in, but it would be most helpful. It teaches you to breathe in a whole new way. I'm also on the shallow side of things and this will get you using more of your lungs. The woman that came up with it also has a few books out, I think, so that would probably be cheaper and easier than getting the whole system, especially you don't need the full workout.
make sure the ceiling is high enough for playing with a mini-trampoline!!
sounds so simple, right? i put mine in my parents basement when i was young and convinced them to get me one. i think i might have permanent brain damage... ;)
