Stinging nettles dosage same as SP dosage?

I'm about out of SP and need a new bottle. However, I think I've packed on a few pounds lately and I'm wondering if I should replace my SP with stinging nettles. Would I take the same dosage? Is stinging nettles as potent as SP result-wise?
