Just wondering if it is okay to mix 2,440mg of Fenugreek with 1,440mg of Fennel a day if I ramp up over the period of 4 days? (Fenugreek is already at 2,440mg, I would be slowly ramping the Fennel up to that amount) I am also drinking one cup of Fennel tea a day, 6oz water/1sm. bag Organic Fennel Seeds. Are those safe dosages for mid-month 2 of NBE?

Seems ok. I personally would however take an equal dose of FG and fennel, because fennel is weaker, so if there is something on to the theory that they work well together, fennel shouldn't be lower. This is just my hypothesis however.

Thanks. I am still in my first week of testing this herb out with Crohn's. So far things seem to be going okay, but I am not going to ramp it up that quickly yet. If I go up to that high of a dose it wont be for a couple weeks.

I will take 1800 mg of both in my following program. I think it's better to use a few herbs at lower doses than only one strong herb at a high dose for example.

I mean of each - 1800 mg of FG and 1800 mg of fennel

So you think I should lower the dose of Fenugreek then? I was having a hard time deciding. I bought a bottle with 610mg caps and was wondering if I should do 1830mg of FG or 2440mg. It's such a big difference and it's been over a month now and I haven't really seen any great improvement, which is why I decided to go with the higher dose.
