First off, I've been lurking in these forums for a few weeks now and have learned countless amounts of information from everyone. Thank you all so much.
At the moment, my largest concern is that I'm trying to lose a little weight. I'm about 5'9" (currenly a full B, if of any relevence) and plan to lose about 10 pounds.
I do want to try growing larger breasts. So I guess the question is, can I grow breasts while losing weight, or should I lose the weight first and then attempt NBE? I'm afraid if I grow them now, and then lose weight, I might lose some of my results, or fullness as my breasts aren't very firm or full at the moment. Mostly I just want to plump my chest up if I can't actually increase its size.
Does anyone have experience with losing weight and the effects it had on your breasts (whether before or after NBE)?
Any sort of input or advice would be greatly appreciated, I plan to keep digging through the forums looking for more information.
Hi,
Before I started NBE I lost about 7 pounds in weight and as a starting wieght of only 7st 8lb it really showed on my boobs - that was the first place it went from.... probably because it was the only place other than my tum that I had any!! Fat will dissapear from all areas of your body and yes - this includes boobs. I have known a few people who have lost weight and said the first place it went from was their boobs. I have found this previously too when I have lost weight. I would assume starting NBE now would be better as it will help 'keep' what you already have, rather than trying to regain it afterwards.
Hope this helps.
It seems that some people gain weight on BE, some stay the same, and a few lose. This is without any effort other than what they are doing to grow boobs. I've managed to lose 8 lbs last year and 6 lbs this year while on BE while keeping whatever growth I had. (I put the weight back on the first time.) It's slightly more difficult than regular weight loss, as you get both hungry and tired on BE. At least, that's the way I felt on herbal BE.
They say you need a certain amount of body fat for BE to work best, so maybe you should wait on the weight loss. But then, you can gain that weight while on BE. Or maybe when you're done and you go to lose weight, you'll lose boobage. It's hard to say-- a crapshoot, really. Personally, I'd do what makes me happiest. If you're uncomfortable with your weight right now, go lose it so you feel good going into your BE journey.
Thank you for the heads up. That's the part I fear. My boobs aren't very 'full' as is, and if I lost weight, I fear I'll lose even more mass and tissue, but my skin won't compensate. I am not however, trying to get down to a twig size. I like my curves quite a bit, but feel that I would benefit from losing roughly 10 lbs, while increasing my overall health. I'll still have some body fat to spare. However, I believe that the only reason my boobs are the size they are is because I'm packing a little extra.
So far, I believe just doing moderate cardio for about 15 minutes a day would do wonders as I don't work out as is. I'm thinking of borrowing a friend's stationary bike, because she no longer uses it. I'm not trying to drop ten pounds in a month flat, I understand that weight loss, like NBE, takes time, patience and resilience.
Something else has caught my eye. I understand everyone reacts differently to NBE, but, does metabolism affect this? Obviously if I'm increasing my daily amount of physical activity, my metabolism is going to go up a bit. Is that good or bad for NBE? Do you want to process the herbs quickly?
