For those of you who have joint pains (e.g. gout), soya is actually bad for you. I had a blood test done & was surprised that although I don't drink I had high levels of uric acid which was probably the cause of my knee pains. This was due to my frequent intake of soy milk and tofu. When I stopped taking these, the joint pains disappeared. This is something to think abt since much had been talked abt in this forum abt the goodness of soy. |
