Has anyone tried this BE? I lists the ingredients and has a bunch and shows the total amt of 1950 mg for combined ingredients: has various, Saw Palmetoo, fengureek, etc. No fennel. It says if allergies to ragweed etc don't recommend. I have allergies but not sure to what, haven't had tests but doc thinks I have allergies. I have taken a few times. You take 3 capsules twice a day, but I have only taken once a day so far. I had a bad cold cough which had gotten better, and after taking I can't tell if the cold is back or it's my allergies-sneezing alot runny nose etc. I want to keep taking but I am worried it's causing this. Has anyone had allergies to the BE's they tried.

Also, have a lot of you been pleased with your herbal results, it seems we are all continuing to look for more solutions-is the progress and fullness gained maintained and people just want more, or are the herbs not in general working?

I see Nuperk, Manomite, Tobustuan have some nice pics people sent in that look encouraging.

Also, I worry about the safety. I have read you should not take fengureek for more than a few months and if you need a medical procedure you might have to wait-it thins the blood and can cause clotting issues.


Has anyone had any bad side effects? Shrinkage from where started, or hair loss, acne etc?

egative side effects do apper at some individuals for certain herbs, in this case a herb can be replaced with another one. Rarely is someone so sensitive to herbs that they must stop NBE. The majority girls on this forum have got or are getting results with one or the other method. But this is only my observation, we'd need some statistic to give a more accurate estimation.
