I am trying to gather Eve m's herbs on swanson. For oats, is it the oats bran? I can not find soya on swanson, any suggestions? As for the lotions. They only have borage oil in gel formula. Can I break it and use it for massaging? can not find hops, oats, soya for lotion. Would you ladies have any suggestions on where to find these? Thank you sooo much. Sorry for so much questions.
No it wouldn't be the oat bran. That's just the fibre part of the plant, it wouldn't be what you're looking for.
