I eat soy beans on a regular basis....even before I knew that they were boobie food. You can find them everywhere in the grocers freezer, and in 2 ways.....shell on, or shelled. You just boil them for 2 minutes, then simmer for 6 or 7 minutes. They are alot like peas....but crunchy. Like a lima bean with firmness. I usually cook them in a little sea salt, then eat them like pop corn while watching movies with the fam. I also like to put them in salads and sneak them into my mixed veggies for the fam....because even men need a little soy...hahahahahaha... So yeah, in my opinion, they are GREAT! But then again, I am a cookerette for a living, so I am no stranger to the foods, lol.

Im from AZ,USA..... And no, not really do I do the boobie food. I cook for a living, so I eat almost anything that doesnt eat me first!!!
I LOVE soy beans. OH MAN!! That IS my popcorn!!! I tend to over eat them though, because they are so good. but that is my opinion, anyhow, lol.
You should atleast try them once,if you dont like them, you never have to eat them again,lol... or that is what I tell my kids, lol.
Good luck
