i've never really had growth pains before. Since changing my programme, i've had a pain in what feels like the top of my back. I'm wondering if it's actually my breasts, as it's hard to pinpoint.

Do other people get growing pains like this, or have i just got back pain?!

I was going to ask the same question!!! I also have been having these deep pains in my back since I started nbe. The pains are really uncomfortable and I feel them more at the top and middle of my back. I have never had growing pains so I can't tell if its back pain or growing pain. Does anyone have the answer?

YES! I know what you mean I had that exactly feeling today. I ran out of vitex last week so I bought more on tuesday and had 2 pills since then on the morning and night and today I had to ask my boyfriend to massage the top left of my back.
I don't know what it is but I hope its a sign of growth

o wow, ive too had back pains since starting nbe, maybe there is a connection? ive had breast pains and you can deafiatly feel them on the breasts, particulary on the sides. but maybe the back pains are related to growing pains too? xxxxxx
