Dear Vitex users...

i found there's quite abit of different brands for Vitex. Can someone kindly advise me which brands should i get?

There are brands like: Vitamin Shoppe, Nature's Way, Nature's Answer, KAL, Solaray, Planetary Formulations, Allergy Research (Nutricology), Herb Pharm.

Which one is better? i usually get my herbs/vitamins fm Vitamin shoppe, are they good?

Also there is <Vitex Chaste Berry Extract> & <Vitex Agnus-Castus(Chaste)>, so which one is the right one here?

i'm using Herbal Selects Vitex plus. it contains 100 mg chaste tree fruit extract and 350 mg of chaste tree berry powder..i've been using it for a month now and already have had 1/2 inch growth and menstrual problems have been greatly decreased already,, i'm in canada so not sure ur location if this brand is available for you

vitex agnus castus and chasteberry are the same thing, so any combination of those words is going to be basically the same thing. i heard it's very good, though to be honest it had no effect on me of any kind.
