And I don't mind paying more for the best St. Herb topical product (cream, serum), so suggestions are welcome. Regular cream vs nano is what I am wondering about.

Are u in the U.S or U.K? I think but I could be wrong the nano cream is just supposed to have some kind of nano particles which helps the pm absorb into your skin faster or better.

Aside from the nano technology, Nano cream lists PM first, whereas in the regular cream it comes later on in the list.

Well as long as they both say pm I don't think it matters. The only difference is probaly the nano technology that's why its named nano. Besides they are bot the same price but the cream comes in a much bigger tube, so will last longer. Why don't you e-mail st. herb and ask them? I think that would be the best although they probaly will convince u on the nano because its more money, but give them a try.
