Hi girls, gee I never have time to write sooooo sorry !!!! ok I am taking st herb caps 2 times twice a day with high calcium milk and taking vitamin C every day too. now as you know I went through menopause so keep that in mind. my first sensations were nausea like early stages of pregnancy ! yuk , awful, then that decreased ! I kept taking 2 morning and night for 3 weeks as I understood thats ok for menopause, on the 2nd week while I was in japan I was running low on pills so I took 1 morning and night till got back when I returned home I took 2 as i should and on the 2nd night my husband said oh my God look at your boobs and they literally grew over night !!! then stayed the same for a while ! I was also taking the st herb nano cream but you get little for your money and the smell made me feel sick. after the 3rd week of taking them I started to feel a strange numbing sensation in the back of my right knee !!! and that didnt feel right ! (remember shells experience @@ re blood clot so I stopped straight away and after a few says that wentt away. so I stopped for 2 weeks like your supposed to if your not in menopause sand wow I got a light period and Im not moody. ok so you all want to know if im size 38DD yet !!! NO IM NOT but my boobs are fuller ,Im a healthy 34D now filled out on top and even though im on a break i can still feel achey boobs ! Im doing a detox at the moment and will continue st herb on the 10th of march so yes I like the product but DO BE CAREFUL IF YOU FEEL SOMETHING FUNNY IN YOUR JOINTS OR BLOOD FLOW i think overload can be dangerous !!! my boobs are rounder anf fuller and I like how they look. yes of course Id love to grow more !!! but Ill have to wait till 10th of april to see results. I did put on a bit of weight which the detox is knocking off but I dont think the pm did that !!! I just got the blossom soap which I used today so Im testing that too !!!! my measurements are similar too our dear Emmie !!! I cant wait to hear how she goes on the pm too. like you all I am still looking for the right cream for me. blossom have a new one so ill look at that all the best girls LOVE JELLYdEEEE........
Congrats on the continued growth - 34D WOW!!!! Even with a busy schedule you are still growing - well done you. Do you think the cream makes a big difference and did you try that before you started the pills? I have just ordered a trial sample of PM cream from Pueraria UK to see if it makes a bit of a difference. By the way, it's nice to have Jelly back on the forum, we have missed you !!!!

I've been trying to get in shape some and lose a few pounds so am going with BO. I've only been taking it a couple weeks though.

heavy bleeding

Jelly, Its good to have you around again and congratulations on your growth, WELL DONE!!!
I need your advice if possible, how long did you take saw palmetto for? and did it ever give you a heavy bleed, I know you are in the menopause and I am going into that stage now, YUK, any ideas on heavy periods, I have periods every three months but suffered a heavy period last week, I am wondering if its the saw palmetto.
I am taking wonderup, the SP gave me firmness and pains each morning, but I don't know whether to stop taking it.
do you know of any remedy for heavy bleeding just incase this happens again. I am taking mefanamic acid at the moment.

I don't know if it would maybe help you, but I too have extremely heavy periods, don't want ot get to graphic here, but I use to have to use a thick pad AND tampon and would still overflow it was that bad, for the first 2 days at least and I didn't even want to go anywhere because I've had accidents in public before (very embarassing)and my cramps are bad sometimes also. I was just taking tylenol before because midol and things of that nature make me very drowsy and irritable until my sisternlaw told me her doctor told her to take ibuprofen for her cramps and heavy bleeding like I have. I started taking the ibuprofen 2 cycles ago and let me tell you the cramps go away fast and the flow lightened up a lot...my period use to last 5-6 days long and since taking the ibuprofen on my period it only lasts 3days!! So I'm very happy about that good ole ibuprofen right about now and couldn't thank my sisternlaw enough. :) Wanted to pass that along to you.
