wel I used cocoa butter and I liked it then I rubbed in a vitamin E capsule after you can add herb extracts to your lotion like fenugreek, wild yam and hops or red clover and that help them grow a bit but the most important thing is MASSAGE !!! twice a day read the massage info on the main page love jelly Deee/....
