I am going to take bgp w/pm cream & add sp, flaxseed & borage oil caps. But I am unsure how many milligrams I should take of the sp, flaxseed & borage....can anyone help???? Thanks!

Also, I am talking about borage oil caps and flaxseed oil caps. How many mgs do I take a day?

hey becka, itake 100mgs each of flaxseed and borage oil. I don't know if ladies take it in a higher dose.

Hi Annie, thanks for the info. Wow I did a search after I realized I should've searched the threads. Well I did and I found out that the majority of the women here are taking 1000mg of borage oil and 3000mg of flaxseed oil! Does that sound right ladies????
